wonderful, fast and very professional
Unprofessional, all about the money, and doesn't care anything about his clients. I hired him after having some issues viewing my discovery evidence with my previous court appointed attorney, I explained to Dan that I was NOT willing to accept any pleas and wanted to go to trial. He accepted my case for $2000. Then he proceeded to jam plea agreements down my throat. I kept pleading with him to view this evidence that I haven't been able to view and he completely disregarded everything I asked of him. I asked 7 separate times to view the evidence. Today he proceeds to skip out on court again and calls to tell me that I have to accept this plea or he is going to quit. LIKE WHAT?! I paid you to represent me during my trial, $2000! He then tries to blame me in open court on speakerphone for his mistakes! Worst money I have ever spent, he tells me that he is going to back out if I take this to trial so I had to fire him. Now he gets to keep the money and sit back and be lazy like he wants.
