Very knowledgeable and kind attorney. Always answers questions and always returns calls. I hired him for a disability case that 2 other attorneys had lost at hearings, and he was able to get it done.

My case was handled by Neal Anderson. I was in an auto accident back in May of 2019 that had left me with a broken collarbone. I was not able to work for 2 months because of the incident. Neal was able to help me get my lost wages and more for the trouble involved. Neal was a professional throughout the whole process and I appreciate everything he was able to do for me. This was the first time I’d been in a situation like this so it’s nice to be able to post a positive experience.

Mr.Poag handled my disability case and got my favorable response very quickly. Very thorough filling out the paper work and gathering all the evidence needed and got the ball rolling. In 5 or so weeks it was a done deal. I highly recommend Jesse Poag to anyone needing help. I will use him again if needed in the future. Thanks Jesse!

Hired Attorney Jesse Poag

My son hired Gerling Law, and did not expect to be handed off to Mr. Poag. This attorney did absolutely nothing to help my son get disability. We had to do all the work ourselves. He would not return calls nor answer emails. Do NOT hire him if you need a good attorney to represent you! Even though he did nothing to help my son, he got a percentage of his back pay!

Hired Attorney Jesse Poag

Made me feel stupid and frustrated! Hard to communicate with. Put words in my mouth. Wouldn't meet me in person. When asked to share information, he used "attorney verbage" that went over my head and wouldn't explain himself. Said I needed to just let him take care of things, then was "too busy" to deal with what I asked for. I didn't know I was "hiring him" when I called his coworker for help. Big mistake allowing them to be the one to offer to "help" me.
