In January 2000, Mark Foster and Conor O'Daniel joined together to create the Evansville, IN based law firm now known as FOSTER O'DANIEL, HAMBIDGE & LYNCH, LLP. In doing so, the resulting lawyer office grew to represent attorney services for more criminal defendants charged with DUI and other driving offenses than any other firm in Southern Indiana.

Over the past 10 years, our firm has grown to handle more than just traffic offenses. We handle a wide variety of individuals facing misdemeanor and felony charges, as well as counsel those who are in the process of divorce and other family law issues. As trial lawyers, the firm of Foster O'Daniel, Hambidge & Lynch has never shied away from taking a case to trial, whether it be before a Judge or Jury.

Mark Foster has chaired and lectured at numerous seminars in the DWI and Criminal Defense areas for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) over the past twenty years. Conor O'Daniel has lectured at many ICLEF seminars over the past 10 years.

Awards and Accolades

Awards and accolades have also followed the firm of Foster O'Daniel, Hambidge & Lynch, as in 2006, Mark Foster was recognized as a Super Lawyer by Indianapolis Magazine. In addition, Mr. Foster has achieved the highest rating of AV by Martindale-Hubbell, which is a respected national legal publication and rating service. In addition, he is rated 10.0 on a 10.0 scale by AVVO, a national publication and lawyer rating service.

Furthermore in 2010, Conor O'Daniel was recognized as a rising star of Indiana Super Lawyers.

Growth

On January 1, 2011 Tim Hambidge joined the firm thus creating Foster O'Daniel & Hambidge. Tim has 29 years of experience and is a well respected litigator in the areas of Family Law and Personal Injury. In addition, he represents clients in Estate and Small Business matters. His vast experience will be a great asset to the firm.

In August, 2011, Foster O'Daniel & Hambidge grew once again to welcome Shaunda Lynch as partner. Shaunda brings with her over ten years of criminal trial experience as a Deputy and Chief Deputy Prosecutor both in Indiana and North Carolina. In addition to criminal defense work, she will concentrate in Divorce and Family Law. The addition of Shaunda brings new and varied talents to the firm.

We at Foster O'Daniel & Hambidge encourage anyone who has a legal issue to consult our firm regarding issues they may face. We as trial lawyers can only make one promise - that is, we will vigorously and effectively represent your position all the way to trial if necessary.

I have used Conor O’Daniel going on 5 years and have never been disappointed. He is always prepared and always knows his stuff in the court room. He’s there to do his job and he gets it done! I have highly recommended Him to friends and family who have also been very pleased.

Shaunda may be a good attorney,..but she sure wasn't in our situation. I had alot of faith in her as I had read alot about her and man did she disappoint. She did nothing for my grandson. Nothing at all. Encouraged him to accept a 15 year plea when she'd never even spoke to the witnesses. Had no issue with him being locked in solitary confinement for 9 consecutive months stating only that she couldn't imagine her 2 teenage boys being in that situation....oh I could go on and on but for legal reasons I cannot. I will say this tho....never ask her if shes a real attorney. She will throw you to the wolves just as she did my 17 year old grandson. JUSTICE IS...JUSTICE DONE. All I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT IT....FOR NOW.

He is a worthless atty. When we went to court he just sat there while my ex's atty. made me look like crap. I would never hire him again. I never seen such a lazy atty.. Attornys like him should have their licenses taken away.

Hired Attorney Timothy J. Hambidge

I was sued for child support, Tim worked to give my ex everything they wanted. Tim didn’t listen or fight for me, all I got was excuses, inappropriate language from him. I ended up firing him and then he tried get to me for things and papers copied off the internet that he hadn’t done. Worst attorney ever.

Hired Attorney Conor O'Daniel

I paid a retainer fee and waited months with no action or communication on my case. He had not even filed an appearance with the courts that he was representing me in my divorce even months after I paid the fee. Unfortunately, I had to let him go and hire another attorney but not without paying for "work" on my case. His own assistant said little to no work had been done on my file yet I had to plead my case with him to get a very little refund out of the orginal $1,200 I paid. I do not recommend Mr. O'Daniel.
