Edward Lee Veazey

Lee won my case in the best way for me. I was highly stressed and emotional throughout the process and truly wish I had taken a deep breath and trusted his process. I feel I cost myself a few extra charged hours by not being patient and understanding that scheduling things with the law takes time sometimes. Does he message you constantly? No. But lawyers charge per message. So I’m glad he only responded when needed. I would suggest people hire him. He’s good. He doesn’t overcharge. You just have to be patient and wait for him to have something to communicate about. For me it was hard at the moment because I was so stressed emotionally with my case. Looking back now I’m very glad I hired him. Take the low reviews with a grain of salt. People are emotional. I feel like Lee cares and wins and is very good and is a professional. He’s not a therapist. He’s not going to chat with you on the phone just to calm your nerves. Other lawyers may get thrilled to bill all those hours. Lee doesn’t.

I hired Lee while I was still active duty military living hundreds of miles away. Lee always kept me informed and up to date on what was happening. He took the time to explain how everything was going to happen in the court of law and what steps we would implement to obtain what I wanted. I separated from the military and moved home and did not even step into a court room. Lee spoke with the other attorney and settled everything without the courts. Very knowledgeable on current laws and is quick to respond to any questions. Lee has a systematic approach to every case but also handles each case with care and passion. Lee came highly recommended and proved everything the individuals spoke of him. I stand behind Lee and recommend him to anyone needing and attorney.

I highly recommend Mr. Veazey and his office. Lee has always been quick to reply to questions and even called me back on a weekend when I was at a loss at how to respond to my crazy ex's behavior. Lee secured sole legal and physical custody of my children which I'd been told by previous attorneys was impossible. I was impressed with both Lee's knowledge of the vast details pertaining to my case and the resources Lee employed during my custody trial. I can say I'm very thankful to Mr. Veazey.

Lee is quick to reply back to emails but lack communication and follow ups. I can see why people say he is good but taking a month to file court papers is too long. A client should not have to keep following up to get answers. Quality of work is not worth the asking price.

Lee is a great guy but has to much on his plate to give clients the attention they deserve for the money. Lack of filing paperwork on time, little to no communication. He won my case for me but I could have won it with someone else too. I went to Lee because I heard he was great. I would say he is good but you can pay the same price for someone else who will give you the time of day and do what your paying them to do. Since moving over to Dentons. Lee has changed.

This attorney lacked communication and ethics. Child custody, reduction of child support and contempts were to be sought. 1 1/2 years later, the only thing accomplished has been a drastic INCREASE of child support. Child support has been illegally garnished from unemployment AND retirement at the same time! Even the judge asked why and how it happened and why it's taken over a year for it to be presented to him! This attorney has extreme difficulty abiding by Fiduciary Duty! Reckless!
