Best lawyers ever. They are so busy with cases, there's very little margin for error. This is reverse psychology. We're discouraged & willing to fake being positive about this experience at this point.

I didn’t think i had many options in my divorce, i felt like i was going to lose everything and had no chance, but jonathon danks was knowledgeable, professional, and straight forward. In a divorce i thought i was destined to owe an arm and a leg and then some he managed to get me a deal that i’m still i’m amazement about. If you are in need of an attorney i cannot say enough great things about jonathon.
Scott Danks acted like my ex's best friend while trying to come to agreement, ex should be held in contempt of court for not abiding by divorce agreement that was signed 2 yrs ago and now my credit score is suffering for the next 5 years because Mr Danks will not enforce the law and the divorce decree. Takes months for anyone from the office to return my calls or give me any answers to my questions. Had tried to take care of contempt issue for a year and still nothing has been done about it.
These guys are total frauds, crooks at best. Josh Hutcheson represented me during my custody case. I was promised to be represented for the entirety of the case and willingly paid the $5k fee. Not only did he bail halfway through my case because I “called too frequently,” but all he did was give me terrible advice during my 3-hour mediation. He refused my phone calls and never returned emails. When he chewed me out over the phone for calling so much (because my ex broke our decree by denying my parenting time), I called the next week for a partial refund. One of the highly incompetent Danks guys called and said if I called again he’d file a police report. At this point, I’m out $5k—only to be represented for a 3-hour meeting. This firm is absurdly pathetic and criminal. Do yourself a favor and get better representation elsewhere.
Jonathon Danks was the worst. We hired him because of the good reviews. We had paid him $10,000 up front and he did literally nothing! His presence at pretrial dates is all we got. He never returned phone calls. No emails. Zero communication. He met with our son one time in 6mo. He told him he wouldn't even defend him if it went to trial!! Also told him there was zero chance of him not going to prison. First time offender, charges were fairly serious but no injuries, no property damage, no children involved in any way and not drug related. Jonathon was late for all scheduled events, even fo a phone conference that was scheduled. It took us calling several.times to even get him to speak to us and it was nearly 2 hours past appointment time. At which, he had 'forgotten' to check his email that contained the information that was the sole reason for the phone conference. When we talked to another lawyer and told him these things and his jaw dropped. Definitely going with somone else.
Jonathan Danks took what should have been an easy modification of child support case and did absolutely nothing for 4 full weeks when I had 5 weeks to appear in court. In 4 weeks he was never able to reach the defending lawyer to try and negotiate an agreement. Never once reached out to me for updates and asked very little. When I asked to be refunded because I felt he put no effort or time in my case he did not send back full amount. Guess he thought he earned something for doing absolutely nothing.
