I paid a retainer fee and waited months with no action or communication on my case. He had not even filed an appearance with the courts that he was representing me in my divorce even months after I paid the fee. Unfortunately, I had to let him go and hire another attorney but not without paying for "work" on my case. His own assistant said little to no work had been done on my file yet I had to plead my case with him to get a very little refund out of the orginal $1,200 I paid. I do not recommend Mr. O'Daniel.
