DO NOT hire Ms. Allen, who was court appointed for my children in the 360th. There was CLEAR evidence that the custody battle was about $$,& she let it continue based upon heresy. There was NO evidence of what I was being accused-I am a medical professional who owns her own business, supports the Fort Worth community, & have ZERO history of Drug/ETOH abuse. She cared nothing about reuniting my children with their MOTHER. In our 1st meeting, she said my children would be taken away, & they were. She repeatedly had me tested for Drugs/ETOH. Post 3 hair tests, 1 nail, multiple random urine ETOH/Drug tests, ALL NEGATIVE; I was told that I would not have to test again. However, she requested 1 more test at 2pm (why not 8 am?). I could not make it in time bc I was at a drs appt. Within 24 hrs I did the test and it was NEGATIVE-I emailed it to her & she beelined to the judge and stated the result was positive. I received SUPERVISED visitation & had to cancel flights to visit my sick mother.
Allen, worst lawyer that I have met, its true about what they say about some lawyers they are good liers. She is one of them, she first takes the money and makes you believe she can help you and suddenly she just gets off the case. Would not recommend her. Allen what goes around comes around, and I hope you get what you deserve.
