Veralrud & Fowler is a law firm established in 1967 with an office in Eugene, OR. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing plaintiff's personal injury, automobile accidents, aviation accidents and 43 other areas of law.
Lindsay Fowler is an amazing attorney. She is kind, understanding, helpful, tenacious, and a very competent defense lawyer. She will fight for you, and will not rest in assisting you. She helped me in my case to prove my innocence, and has done an outstanding job as an attorney. In that time since the case begun, the prosecutor died, a new one came and stubbornly took me to court, COVID hit, and delays in the city's collection of evidence meant that the case lasted for over a year, and Lindsay fought for me the whole way through. She went to trial with me despite the obvious risks of coronavirus. She provided me reassurance when I testified as a sympathetic witness. And despite everything that stood in our way, she proved to the jury our case, knew the case law inside and out, and used her deep knowledge to keep the prosecution in check at all times.
We were very worried about false allegations that were being made about someone I love very much. Mr. Veralrud was easily able to accomplish what we felt would be impossible after witnessing how quickly the law can turn on an innocent person. He kept a positive attitude, an intelligent defense, listened to us and remembered every detail. He was an amazing and respected presence in the courtroom. Our lives are back to normal because we chose Mr. Veralrud to represent our case.

Greg Veralrud is kind and extremely competent. Mr. Veralrud did my case on a contingency fee, and in the end I feel he should have been paid much more for the immense amount of time my case took up. When I was discriminated against by my employer and wrongfully pushed out of my job, Gregory provided excellence counsel to me. He listened to my complaint, explained the options to me and filed the paperwork needed to preserve my right to sue. I ultimately decided not to sue, but his advice and responsiveness provided me time to make that decision thoughtfully. He demonstrated a thorough understanding of the law. Greg Veralrud provided only adequate representation, but didn't seem to have a firm grip on technology and what information was available to the DA. Communication was sparse except when he wanted more money.{para}Representation ended on a cordial basis, but I have attempted to contact him multiple times since and he never returned a phone call. I would not recommend him.
Never comes and speaks to you when she says she will. Never returns a phone call. Where's the presumption of innocence? Never fought for him. Never investigated. Where's the Representation? Seems like she could care less about her client and is more working for the state. Where's the justice? Moments before court started instead of having her head in the game she was joking with DA about his new Prada purse ( briefcase ) and how there is a purse smuggling ring going on in the courthouse. Shouldn't she be prepping for her client?;?! No justice here and she could give one damn about him or any of her other clients.. Well unless they are paying an arm an a leg I bet. Piss poor excuse of a lawyer if you ask me.
