Patrick has spent nearly two decades successfully representing many community banks, regional credit unions, and sophisticated business clients in their loan transactions, litigation cases, employment claims, and creditor-focused bankruptcy matters. Patrick has worked on large-scale business sale transactions, contract and construction law disputes, employment litigation and has extensive experience serving as a creditors’ bankruptcy counsel. Patrick has a goal-oriented approach to his work, centered on practical and effective resolutions.
