Hired Attorney Mr. Evohl Malagon

Mr. Malagon was kind, understanding, and willing to help, he was very knowledgeable in what he does, I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a tough time trying to get social security disability.

Hired Attorney Ms. Christine Jensen

Christine has been my attorney on the same Worker's Compensation case since January 1986. She was a new associate with Malagon & Moore in Eugene. Right from the start I felt that I was in good hands and the years have proved me right. We can go years without anything happening but when it does, she remembers me and she has always handled the issue to my benefit. I would recommend Christine Jensen to anyone needing a Worker's Comp attorney.

Hired Law Firm

As with most attorneys, Evhol Malagon is interested ONLY in his profit and could care less about his client's needs. He is rude and mislead me into an early settlement that cost me thousands. I would NEVER recommend him or his company to anyone.

Hired Attorney Mr. Evohl Malagon

Evhol Malagon is interested in his profits ONLY and has no regard for his client's well being. He is exceptionally polite until he gets you to contract with him and then he forces a quick settlement which cost me thousands of dollars and nearly ended my continued medical treatments. He's all about himself...STAY AWAY FROM THIS VULTURE!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
