About Johnson Johnson Lucas & Middleton

You Have a Right to Justice.

You Have A Right To Justice

Whether you or a loved one suffered physical injury or a violation of your workplace rights, you have a right to justice. We are proud of our decades of success representing Oregonians and others throughout the United States who were harmed by wrongdoing.

We take on the biggest insurance companies and most powerful corporations to get the compensation our clients deserve. Our expertise and results are well known, as is our reputation for vigorous, professional representation. Because of that, we are frequently asked by other attorneys to associate on their cases, or handle them altogether

Our History

Johnson Johnson Lucas & Middleton has deep roots in Oregon, and an equally deep commitment to civil justice. The law firm’s founder, Art Johnson, has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1953, serving as its President in 1982. Together with his father, brother, and close friend, Jim Harrang, Art Johnson founded Johnson, Johnson & Harrang. The firm was quickly recognized throughout Oregon for providing excellent representation and unmatched professionalism. In 1983, Art opened the firm now known as Johnson Johnson Lucas & Middleton, an A/V rated law firm that is widely recognized as one of the top plaintiffs trial lawyer firms in Oregon.

Our Focus

For decades, our firm has represented people harmed as a result of car crashes, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, defective drugs and medical devices, and on the job injuries.

We have extensive experience working with other attorneys and law firms to help their clients obtain justice in everything from complex, multi-state litigation to straightforward motor vehicle wrecks.

Our Approach

In the fight for justice, equality, and accountability, our law firm has a legacy of excellence. Our attorneys have helped to improve national and international legal and safety standards for consumers, workers, and families. We approach every case with two objectives: to get fair compensation for our client, and to fix the problem so someone else isn’t harmed. That’s what justice means to us.

Our People

Our trial attorneys have more than 150 years of collective experience and expertise in pursuing rightful outcomes for people who suffered because of someone’s wrongful conduct. Our staff is knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. When you hire us, you hire a whole team of professionals to investigate, develop, and pursue your case.

Our office is in Eugene, Oregon, but our attorneys are also admitted to practice in Washington, California and New York.
