Since 2005, our family has retained John Fisher. He got us out of a very sticky situation at the beginning, and it could have gone badly, but John was able to rectify the situation. He has been working steadily with us since then and I only trust John because he knows our business and all that entails. There was another situation that seems a bit precarious, so John recommended an agency that was honest and upright. The situation was resolved. I feel that he has been with us during all our battles and there was no question as to who he was representing. I would recommend John for any legal advice.

Arrogant and rude - describes my encounter with this person - in my opinion. I found attorney John Fisher to be a rude and arrogant individual in my humble opinion. My personal suggestion would be to seek counsel elsewhere. Anyone would be better than someone like this, who is so very rude, unkind, and condescending. Additionally, as you may know, many attorneys do not have very many bad reviews online. This is often because they can easily threaten lawsuits when people post negative comments about them. This practice of trying to silence the voice of a critic is not legal if what you write is your own personal opinion based on your own personal experience. If for some reason I am assaulted by this attorney with a lawsuit for my comments here, then I will respond in kind and I will undoubtedly win because the truth and the law is on my side. FYI , His hourly rate is $320 an hour / FWIW .
