Janice’s practice focuses on all facets of estate planning and wealth transfer strategies, including drafting simple and complex wills and trusts, irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney as well as trust administration and probate. Janice’s business and real estate experience includes handling business start-ups, transactions, sales and leases, and succession planning. Janice’s estate planning, real estate, and business experience allows her to effectively structure estate plans that accomplish her clients’ goals for transferring their assets to the next generation while simultaneously minimizing potential income and estate taxes.
Janice is an avid horse person, loves lake kayaking, hiking, and camping – especially in her (mostly) renovated 1964 vintage camper. She and her husband live with on 30 acres in the “boonies” with their dogs, cat, and horses.
