Frank’s vast experience and decades-long career help him deal effectively with the many issues clients send his way. Having litigated complex commercial cases in state and federal courts, and guided clients through thorny business and real estate transactions, Frank has gained the insight to advise his business, nonprofit, and individual clients no matter what their needs require.
Frank has served human rights and social service organizations at the national, state, and local levels throughout his career. Frank has served the legal profession in a variety of ways, including as Past Chair of the Oregon State Bar Committee on Procedure and Practice and Past President of the Lane County Bar Association. Frank has been recognized with the Joseph M. Kosydar Award for Professionalism and Legal Acumen, the Andrew Clement Pro Bono Award, and he has received numerous statewide and local awards for his work with social service organizations. Although he was a barnstorming balloonist in his youth, Frank has now settled down to quieter pursuits, such as hiking, skiing, reading, and playing his blues harmonica–sometimes in accompaniment with the other musicians in the firm. Frank and his wife, Amy, have three sons, all grown and all pursuing their own dreams.
