Clay wrote a powerful letter that resolved a seeemingly unresolvable problem for me. Other attorneys doubted I had a case, saying, "But you signed it." (An ill-begotten Promissory Note). Clay's letter creatively and brilliantly overrode any contesting points my adversary's lawyer might think of. Because of Clay's willingness to work with me, and his patience throughout the process, my adversary is paying me back a personal loan that will be paid in full in 2 years rather than 12.

I own a small vacation rental business. Mr Baldock created a Limited Liability Company(LLC)for my business to limit personal liability. He set the company up in Oregon, created an Operating Agreement between the firm and myself and gave advice and documentation on different elections an how they would affect my personal taxes. He also explained what data I would need to set up the LLC's bank accounts. He is very friendly, efficient and appreciated my business. It was a very reasonable cost.
Clay Stephens offered poor representation, followup, and no recourse but to hire another attorney. When I asked for retainer fees to be returned, they were absorbed plus $60
He told me it cost 350 to file a case. After much bungling I spent 1400 and all I got was a chance to go hire a new lawyer for the arbitration hearing. Miserable experience. The secretary knows nothing and can do nothing. Except bill .
Not professional at all. In my opinion after years of involvement with various lawyers. Very poor a real nightmare.
