Fast and get to the point Lawyers. With in 3 weeks after contact they made great progress. I actually had a appointment set up with worker Comp Dr. And 2 weeks after that Had the surgery on my Shoulder. I must say they were far beyond my expectations.
Thoughtful, compassionate, clear in communication. His staff also was outstanding. Individually and as a firm, they earned my trust and respect.
He started out very nice and interested in my case, said I had a case but then his interest went down hill. I wanted to go after the company for ongoing medical and he said well it would be better to just settle and take that money and use it for some physical therapy. It will take a long and drawn out process and then probably won't get the ongoing therapy. So he recommended the settle out and use the money for the physical therapy. My last appointment he kept me waiting for two hours.
He did not seem, in my opinion, to know the laws or pursue my case with any passion.
