Andrea has worked with local governments, police departments, housing authorities, special districts and public universities to develop relationships built on integrity and transparency. She provides experienced litigation defense to these entities and their employees in federal and state court, and she gives them comprehensive advice in the areas of employment practices, public records and meetings, and government ethics. Andrea also conducts workplace investigations in response to employee complaints or threatened litigation. Andrea understands the complexities of public representation and provides valuable strategic advice in the areas of messaging, ethical considerations, and policy development.
