As a beneficiary, what can I do if the administrator of the estate did some fraud?

You would, of course, need to prove these allegations. Being adopted has nothing to do with your ability to receive assets by way of beneficiary designation. Presumably, the beneficiary designations were changed. If you discover that this was done by your cousin, then it should be relatively easy to set aside. If this was done by your step-father, then it would be more difficult to challenge. In either event, you almost certainly need a probate lawyer to assist you.

If my husband dies and I am alive who gets our property?

Depends on who holds title and how title to the property is held, assuming you are referring to real property.

Can I intervene & take over if my sister is mishandling my cousin's probate funds?

Answered by attorney Bernard H. Greenberg
Estate Planning lawyer at Kokish & Goldmanis, P.C.
These types of cases are troubling and difficult. You should go visit with an attorney immediately who specializes in estate litigation. They can get you to counsel in Arizona. Your steps should include: 1. Filing a Demand for Notice. 2. Consideration of filing a Petition for Removal of the Executor.
