What can we do about a judgement against someone who stole our home if he still lives there?

The Timeshare could be transferred back to the original grantor, the owner of the property. Look at your purchase documents for terms of transfer of this property interest.

Do adult children have the right to read their dads will if they aren't left anything?

Answered by attorney Dara J. Goldsmith
Estate Planning lawyer at Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C.
A child is entitled to see the Will. The Will should be lodged with the clerk of the court so you can order one if the spouse does not appear willing to give you a copy. An adult child is not entitled to inherit.
