In Indiana, if the 2010 Will is unsigned or not properly executed (in front of two witnesses) and the 2007 Will is signed and properly executed, then the Court will allow the 2007 Will to control.

Can I contest a Will that my father left giving all assets to a nephew-in-law?

Answered by attorney Roman Aminov
Estate Planning lawyer at Law Offices of Roman Aminov
You have every right to contest you father's will based on factors such as undue influence, duress, lack of capacity, or improper execution. You should speak to an estates attorney who can analyze the will and prepare objections to it.
