I have just found a last will and testament that says I am the executrix of my parent estate is this all I need for a lawyer?

You could speak to a lawyer about your parents' estate, even without the will. But the will is very helpful. The lawyer will have many other questions for you (mostly about what your parents own), but don't worry about gathering all of the information before you speak to the lawyer.

If your father named you in the Ladybird deed, and step-siblings in other parts of the estate then you will inherit that real estate that you are named in the deed.

What should I do if my trust that was left to me by my grandfather has been embezzled by two trustees and an attorney I hired?

Talk to an attorney first. But if you think the *attorney you hired* embezzled funds from you, you probably ought to start by firing him as your attorney.
