My case started back in 2014, and will come to a conclusion this year. Mr. Newbrough, and his assistant, KC, have done an outstanding job protecting my rights. My calls were always returned in a timely fashion, extremely knowledgeable on my case issues, kept me informed on the process dealing with Workman’s Comp, always had my best interest at hand, and I am so very grateful they represented me in my case. After all this time, and it does take time with all the surgeries I had, they always treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. In the 13 years I've known Mr. Eisenberg we have become to know each other very well. He is a very experienced & qualified lawyer for multiple issues . If anyone would ask & they have i would recomend him to anyone that needs legal help. When I was going through a rough time he even went as far as to give me his home number for the weekend just in case I needed him. I've never heard of any other lawyer doing that for a client.
