Sarah prepared all of our Estate documents to be in compliance with North Carolina law. We had this done in Florida and provided those documents to her before our first meeting. We were truly impressed with how thoroughly prepared she was for our first meeting. She was completely familiar with our prior documents and had clear recommendations. Throughout the process of completing our Trusts, Wills, POAs, Living Wills, etc., Sarah explained each aspect clearly, had thoughtful recommendations for our specific needs, and helped us understand the impact of each decision. At the end, we were provided, not only with the documents, but clear written instructions for us and for our survivors. We feel very comfortable that our wishes will be clearly communicated and met.

After working with Sarah rewriting my parents wills as they had moved here to be with me from New Jersey, I appreciated her competence, empathy and help. Upon their deaths, she also helped guide me on probate that I could do myself. We again chose her to rewrite our Estate Plans, which originated in Indiana, to conform with NC laws. She pointed out possible problems with original plan and thoroughly explained why they were problems. We readjusted our plan on her advice. Everything was organized in our Estate Plan book with explanations for heirs on what to do upon our deaths for us to hand to them for future use. She has a wonderful personality which made going through this process a lot more enjoyable.
