Andrew M. Beato is the Chair of the False Claims Act and Whistleblower Practice Group at Stein Mitchell Cipollone Beato & Missner LLP. His practice focuses on representing qui tam relators in the United States and abroad in cases involving violations of the False Claims Act. Mr. Beato has substantial experience representing clients in high-profile government fraud investigations with various state and federal agencies, including the Department of Justice, State Attorneys General Offices, the Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Department of Defense. In addition, he represents clients in regulatory matters before the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Communications Commission, and state agencies.
