I was in a 4-car accident. I called J&Y to stop the harassing calls from the other insurance agencies. I was impressed by J&Y’s standards and professional staff so I contracted with their firm. I didn't originally see a doctor despite feeling pain after the accident. J&Y encouraged me to see a doctor. I received treatment from my PCP, a chiropractor, and had x-rays. Because my injuries were related to the accident, all the visits were billed as part of my personal injury case. J&Y staff worked hard negotiating the amounts with each provider to ensure that I received as much of the settlement as possible. J&Y received 4 stars because my assigned attorney stopped responding/communicating with me in the middle of the case. However, I reached out to the primary attorneys at the firm and Mr. Yahoudai coordinated services with me directly through completion of the lawsuit. Their staff is very dedicated to ensuring that their clients are satisfied and receive the best settlement possible.

From the start I should have seen the red flags...communication was and is 0...This is my first experience with a lawyer and I thought lawyers worked for the clients whom is paying them...lets just say I made calls I made appointments I followed up... I delivered everything they asked for down to the demanding that a letter be sent and for closure of my going on 2 year case...I didn't get informed what the demand letter was for and when I had to call the office I found out it was sent I asked how much and the employee tells me it went out and I ask for the amount he said well it isn't what you will get, then answered my question with rudeness and sounded like I was bothering him....to this day my health and current well being is unknown to the entire practice...I know I can never be physically who I was but to pull teeth for comfort I was just tired and have a long road ahead before any of my numbness and tingling I have throughout my body settles down..enjoying life isn't my future..
