Keith Sieczkowski is the firm's senior labor and employment lawyer. Several of his clients have complex industrial operations and some operate in numerous states. As a result, Keith has appeared before federal and state courts in Texas, Michigan and Tennessee; the National Labor Relations Board; Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; the U.S. Department of Labor (Wage and Hour Division); OSHA, and in a number of arbitration proceedings, including those of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service governing union-related disputes.
He regularly deals with discrimination charges and claims on the basis of age, sex, race, disability and religion. His work also includes collective bargaining negotiations, grievances, arbitrations, investigating and contesting OSHA citations and responding to unfair labor practice charges. He has considerable experience defending and contesting wrongful discharge, non-competition and employment contracts.
