Very smart lawyer. He is experienced and caring and will deploy his 40 years of experience to help you in your case. Sure you may get cheaper representation elsewhere, but what is cheap is not always good.

Hired Attorney Jack Samuel Feltscher

He has a history of hiring process servers and not paying them. If he billed you for service of process in your case, he kept the money instead. I know of at least one other server he did this to and I won a small claims action against him.

Truthfully this Lawyer shouldn't even be allowed to practice Law. We hired him trusting him that he was going to fix a problem we had but the only person who we interacted with was his office manager. The only good thing they were good at were deceiving us and accepting the money we gave them. I strongly recommend to look for real lawyer who can practice law. Also, if you look up his history with the Bar he isn't a very responsible lawyer, so stay as far away from him and his manager.

I do not reccomend this lawyer, especially if your primary language is spanish. He asked for the money and never returned any calls, lacked in communication and didn't show up to the courts. Never directly spoke to us, he had his manager talk to us (eventhough I spoke english) and he lied to us about having experience with similar cases. If you can, look for another lawyer who will have better communication and actually respond/return your calls.
