Nadine Sayegh has earned a reputation as an aggressive advocate and compassionate counselor to her clients. Her in-depth knowledge of the law and unrelenting dedication to her clients' causes makes her a worthy adversary. Ms. Sayegh's drive for success began early in her academic career while she attended the University of California, Riverside, seeking a degree in political science with an emphasis on law and society. There she served as President of the Associated Students, supervising over 45 people, carrying out the agenda for the organization, and working closely with the students of the university to ensure their needs were met. Her tenure as President also acted to develop Ms. Sayegh into a leader through regular meetings with the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor and other executive administrative personnel of the University, as well as meetings with the Mayor of the City of Riverside and numerous state committee members appointed by the Governor of California. Ms. Sayegh served on numerous state committees pursuing education reform and advocated for students’ rights at the national level, lobbying to Senators and Congressmen representing the State of California. Ms. Sayegh earned her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in 2006 where she was awarded the Cali Award in Client Counseling and Development. She served on both the Mock Trial Board and Moot Court Board at Chapman and was an active member of Phi Delta Phi and the Student Government where she served as Parliamentarian. Prior to founding this law firm, Ms. Sayegh enjoyed diverse areas of practice, including public entity work, consumer warranty litigation, "lemon law", personal injury, elder abuse, general civil litigation, products liability, negligence and premises liability, criminal litigation, family law, real estate and probate matters. Ms. Sayegh has also successfully negotiated settlements in multiple complex litigation matters, in addition, Ms. Sayegh has a no-loss trial record. When not in the office, Ms. Sayegh enjoys spending time with her family and playing softball.
