Hired Law Firm

I found Mr. Lund to be very honest and generous with his time as well as knowledgeable about corporate law. Rather than insist on representing me as some attorneys might, he gave me the information I needed and encouraged me to handle my situation on my own. In the end the information he provided me helped me sell some minority shares in a corporation that I inherited and thought might be useless. I was able to negotiate a substantial amount of money for the shares with Mr. Lund's advice.

Hired Attorney James E. Lund

Outstanding effort for my case. Mr Lund fought back an aggressive team of attorneys after my father had passed and as the trustee had inherited the estate and the pending lawsuit. I feel I would have lost the property if Mr. Lund had not represented me. I am grateful for his help.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
