Hired Attorney Robert Ward

I worked for him (as well as for many other attorneys) years ago. When I needed an attorney myself, I chose him because I never knew him to cheat or mislead a client (which is more than I can say for most other attorneys for whom I worked). I'm very satisfied with the quality of the representation and legal advice I received.

Hired Attorney Robert Ward

Mr. Ward may be a fine attorney, I will never know. He is a cash only attorney and refuses to give references. An attorney can provide references without breaking client confidentiality by contacting his previous clients, asking if they would like to be a reference, and if they say yes, giving them the prospective clients contact information. He absolutely refused. Anyone who refuses to provide references should be watched carefully. And he did not tell me when we had our consultation that he was cash only- he waiting till I signed the contract and sent him my CC info.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
