Ms Richmond, My name is Steven J. Kelly. If I remamder, you were kinda enough to help against my ex-wife Cheryl Kelly in 2015. I'm looking to have both of my Gardinship off my accounts. Ms Richmond, I have SSDI and workinng at Walmart. 20 hrs a week. I have problems with both Gardinship. My Gardinship on money makes things difficult and my ex-wife is on my medicare. Working foe my daughter as a GAL she was discounting what my daughter would tell her and re route her saying that she was incorrect or take the mothers side against me the father. The mother taunted me 4 im jAn 2024 saying that mary is definitely not on my side and laughing at me. Calls me ranting saying she wants anna to go to her mothers m-f for the last 7 weeks of the school year and the back to 50-50 custody in summer. So as im trying to talk she kept interupting and wasnt listening to me. So she and the psychiatrist get together agree that im the best for her emotional needs but her school grades are bad. The mother never turned in the paperwork for a 504 plan for daughter i called the psychiatrist who agreed to send me another copy and she didnt instead she told attny richmond who the sends out an email covering for her mother not giving the school the
Mary isn't trustworthy at all. I was told by the court house to consult her because my good friend knows a few people and some of the judges so they were trying to give me advice on who to call. So I consulted her and she went behind my back and called the hospital and told nurses I sounded shady and told them she would return my call and tell me she couldn't take me and I need this that and the fourth to pursue Guardianship. These nurses and doctors were already against me and all lied because I threatened to sue them and then Mary Goes and breaks my trust and talks behind my back. Im a good person and I didn't expect to see this in the paperwork filed by hamots lawyer against me
