I was referred to him through the Bar Association because I am in a difficult situation. After a motorcycle accident, he did not respond to any of the information I provided him. He is a typical older white man And I'm just a puerto rican kid that he doesn't have time for. I have spent years studying law and researching this, and this should have been a simple case. I was referred to him for assistance with SSI and the accident, but he did not assist me with either. Although my surgeon has recommended that I take twelve to sixteen months off work, and it was the other driver's fault, he did not assist me with either. I would never have paid this man any money if I had had any.
Bud Stark is completely unprofessional. Telling my family member to “convert to the church if he wants to see” his wife again after she died. He also called a man in the government a “fa*got”. My relative has told a few people but I will repeat this story and recommend him to ABSOLUTELY NO ONE. Bud you may have your precious church go-ers now, but who will support you as they all pass (which they are). No one. Gen Z and millennials will give you no support- unprofessional and completely disrespectful and disgusting. He is lucky I wasn’t his client as I’d report him. My relative was also taken advantage of with the price (I called around after).
