Don is very knowledgeable in Worker's Compensation matters, and works tirelessly to reach a positive resolution to our claims. He is always available to us for questions, and prepares our cases thoroughly and completely. He has also developed an excellent relationship with the Employer, and this assists greatly when handling our claims.

I have worked with Don for decades. Don is well-versed in Workers' Compensation Law and the PA Heart & Lung Act. He knows the attorneys and judges in western and northwestern PA, so can provide advice re the best resolution: from both legal and cost-effective standpoints. Sometimes we have to settle, rather than defend. Don is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would to work him more frequently.
