A clear example of who not to entrust with your family bequeathment to be promptly executed in a professional manner! It's now almost 3yrs for a Family Living Trust to still be in existence. She had to be taken before the 4th District Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of PA because she had not taken any meaningful action or provided any reasonable contact and communication with the 16 beneficiaries of the Living Family Trust. Aug 2019 is when she finally paid taxes on the approx $1.1M managed assets of the trust. To date not provided any detailed information about the totality of assets that were within the trust. Oh did I mention that she regurgitated her Vlahos Law Firm ofc within 3 days of my grandmother's passing and left respectable area law firm just so she could have no corporate supervision of execution of the trust. Trust and Vlahos Law Firm do not belong in the same sentence together. Beware and be warned to take your business elsewhere.
Anyone looking for an estate lawyer should keep on looking. This woman is rude and not responsive in calling back beneficiaries. Is not impartial and will pick sides in matters of executing estates directives. Unless of course that is the type of representation one seeks. She will not confirm addresses before maling out sensitive documents regarding estate matters. Is not a person that embodies the level of professionalism in the passing of a loved one. Hire someone else!
