I contacted Atty. Welton Jan.2008 she agreed to take my case. Everytime I called with question never got a return call finally I made a 60 mile trip to Erie. When I tracked her down she talked a good talk I done all the foot work getting medical records and such. After getting all this to her she then said that getting me any monies was too hard and she was no longer representing me. This after 2 1/2 yrs. My filing time was up & I ended up with nothing, living on $679 mon. disability.
