Mr. Jason Brady Patrick is a lawyer practicing collections, commercial litigation, commercial law. Jason received a B.A. degree from University of Alabama in 2000, and has been licensed for 23 years. Jason practices in Enterprise, AL.
Mr. Patrick failed to respond to written communication from me regarding a fraudulent Civil Summons and, as a result, there is an attempt to garnish my income. I sent my communication via USPS Priority Express Mail and I have proof (from USPS) that he received the package. Simply disgusting, this guy is.
Mr Jason Patrick Brady has been dieing people with disregard to actual legal practice. I have tried to contact Mr Brady a few times now to inform him he’s trying to sue the wrong person and has sent people to my property that committed crimes seemingly on his behalf. I’m writing this review after Mr Brady has failed to answer me and serves in documenting his wrong doing at Jodi Sellars office in Russell county Al. If Mr Brady wants to avoid embarrassment he should contact me at cwnic.cn@gmail.com no one is responsible for you blindly proceeding but you.
Mr. Patrick is one of the worst attorneys to handle any business matter. I have attempted several times to contact his office, to no avail or success. His firm has stolen over $1800 in overpayments of garnishments. He has yet to return any of my phone calls. I even sent a certified letter that required a signature. Someone signed that they received it, I never got a response. I admonish anyone who has any legal matters: DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN, HE WILL SCAM YOU. I am currently in the midst of pursuing a lawsuit against this company and Mr. Patrick. I pray that Lord has mercy on him and any of his clients that he has worked with. He has NO INTEGRITY whatsoever.
Filed bogus claim from a collection company from almost 10 years ago saying I owed money I do not owe.
