William N Dimin

Mr. Dimin was appointed by the Bergen County Superior Court to be a Guardian Ad Litem for our case. He, as well as his office staff, have been pleasurable to work with. They are always courteous, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and quite fair. I have a lot of respect for his ability to navigate a very hostile co-parenting relationship and truly make a recommendation that’s best not for either parent, but the child involved. It’s clear that the poor, narcissistic reviews are from people who have not gotten their way and choose to throw a tantrum instead of looking towards accountability for their actions. I highly recommend this firm, and specifically Mr. Dimin, to serve you in any family court related needs.

Bill had handled my family case for many years, a long time period due to many court appearances over many years. In addition he handled my case regarding ownership of nonmarital real estate. Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and illicit in more ways than one. He threatens clients and uses his power to be manipulative, disrespectful and downright rude. He does not deserve to be in the field let alone be an attorney, parenting coordinator or GAL. This man needs to be behind bars immediately. If only the Courts knew what extent he stoops down to for money. He comes across as someone with mental illness and anger issues who needs to resolve his own mess. NOBODY absolutely NOBODY should EVER go to him if they need any kind of help or support for family law matters. This man will destroy you. RUN from him as fast as you can and don’t ever look back. He is TOXIC and CLUELESS about his own field. Please someone fire the man and never ever let him have a job.

Dimin encourages people to lie in front of the judge. He is short sighted and is not able to think about long term strategy and important wins. I don't recommend him as he is unethical and you will lose in the long -term and if you lie because he encourages you, you will be caught in a bad position and lose in a serious way with years of your life.

I am not sure who Mr. Dimin paid to leave two positive reviews. The man is an absolute danger to children, incompetent, arrogant and ineffective. Like every negative review states: he actually does lie. He’s extremely disorganized and slow to respond, which would be “annoying” in and Of itself. However its the fraud incompetence and inability to Make child centered decisions which is truly scary. For what he’s done to children, This man belong behind bars at best or at the least, in a nursing home. Stay far away if the courts will allow it and ADVOCATE for someone, anyone else for your case and your children. To him your family is money. He’s deep in the system and deep with the Courts. You and your child mean zero. Money, like most of the family court practitioners, is his only goal. He’s too proud to see when he’s wrong and consistently will put children in danger if he’s making money. It means zero to him. Be very very very careful with this snake of a man. Avoid at all costs

I just read the review that raved about him... a leopard doesn't change his spots and cleary biased. He is a liar and a sheister and thats being nice. Both my ex husband and I had to have him removed by the court for not doing his job in either one of our parts. Just took money. Didn't respond to stuff, blew smoke.up your you know what and then wanted more money. Did not care about the children one bit. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

This guy was a court appointed GAL, because I called the judge on his lack of knowledge on the law - and I was deemed incompetent. I - the most educated and articulate person in the court, who violated no laws. Bill Dimin thinks prostitution is LEGAL in NJ. I had to careful explain to him that, "No, you are incorrect." As a GAL, his role is to further the best interest of a child. So, I have two children and Bill said, "I do not care what happens to your son." His exact words. I am sprawled between two apartments and 6 storage units because of this POS. I cannot afford this situation. He NEVER even asked where I would go with my two teenagers after a decade of abuse from my sex addicted ex-husband. F you Bill. I NEVER hired him. Melchionne.... This is not over.

I agree with all the negative comments about this incompetent human that miraculously still had a license to practice. Better yet a license to harm families and children in nj. He is a horrible scammer and the bottom of the bottom on the human chain. He is a thief and a liar. And bullies clients by telling them he had connections with the judges. If he does then something should done with the judges he claims friendships with in Bergen county. Perhaps we should all speak to media about this racket that’s happening in the courts with these unethical officers of the court. He has harmed many families and takes cases and extorts money from scared parents that are fighting for the rights of their children in family court. He is a disgusting human. Words cannot express how horrible he is.

This guy should lose his license to practice law. He is non-responsive, hard to understand, certainly not child first, he forms his own opinions and for the most part is always off, away or unavailable. I have spent much more time and a lot more money dealing with this fake lawyer then I have even litigating custody for my child. Stay away

I have been working with Dimwit for the past two years per Judge DiBiasi's recommendation. As others have noted, he is not to be trusted. He is disorganized, misses every deadlined he lies. I know that we are supposed to say that he's "not being truthful" but Bill straight out lies.
