Mark Sadaka represented me in the court of Federal Claims regarding the death of my wonderful daughter Christina who died from the hpv vaccine Gardasil. We won our case. Over 7 yrs and still NO conclusion! No check, but assigned a Tracking Number. My bank, unfortunately will not Deposit a tracking number 😔. No, to poor communication & very sensitive to client anxiety! As if after 7 yrs, I should have ANY patience or confidence in this firm. Dec, no maybe Jan, no perhaps Feb for settlement to arrive. NO ... tracking number assigned, but Never mailed! March, still waiting. .. RUN, don't walk !
