Hired Law Firm

I contacted them concerning a contract I wanted reviewed. They asked me to email the contract which I did. That was 5 days ago. I've made several calls for info. & offered to sched. a conference to no avail. I'm promised call-backs at specific times and they never happen. I couldn't even get my foot in the door for their assistance. I'm sure the same would happen if I were a client, therefore, I'm going elsewhere.
