I do not recommend this attorney at all. A lot of promises, lack of expertise, zero result in estate recovery negotiation with Medicaid. He told me that Medicaid can't place a lean on my mother's property upon her passing. Sure enough, that's the first thing they did. The law office charged me for removing my father's name from the title, which didn't have to be done and was never done. I ended up paying the full requested amount to Medicaid plus $4,200 to this lawyer for nothing.
