I obtain Mr. Boyer's services in 2011. I paid him the money we agreed on. 6 months later I received a letter stating I owed him $650. I do not know why he said I owed it to him and when I did try to contact I was not able to get an answer. It's been 5 years and he is still putting that I owe him on my credit report.
