After a lot of questions and a research, Mr.Carlson said it was possible and that I was just in time to start the process. Mr.Carlson was a real support to me and explained my options every step of the way. He helped me file bankruptcy and pointed me in the right direction for the future. I was afraid of losing too many assets but thankfully they could help me and I managed to keep my house and my car along.
All members of the staff were well versed in and responsive to my needs. Very professional and understand through the entire process. Kept me informed as to what I should expect at each stage of the process. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
They were very clear about filling out forms and were available to answer questions.
Although at the time I felt anxious and "left out" of my own case, at the hearing I quickly discovered how well we were kept informed. Other filers were just being informed of money they would owe or procedures that we had been told about already. I felt like some of my questions were answered in short and almost brushed off at time. In general, I was glad to have paid a bit more money to receive the bit more attention that we did receive.
They could be a little more personable. They tended to act too busy to spend any length of time on you or your questions.
My wife and I hired this firm to represent us and a very tough time in our lives; a time when we really needed professional help. This firm was not at all professional and seemed to be in the business of making a quick buck. The front office paralegals were rude and the general attitude of the attorneys we met with was centered around getting people in and out quick to maximize their volume.
