My experience goes back many years with Mr. LaCerte. After seeing negative reviews, I felt it necessary to add my opinion. I had an especially difficult divorce and had several attorneys who backed down after facing my ex’s powerful attorneys. Mr. LaCerte was realistic about the potential outcome, hung in there through delays and nonsense thrown at me by an abusive ex. He worked out a payment plan for me that allowed me to continue being represented while working and caring for my three children with limited income. In the end, I was able to get a fair (not exorbitant) child support arrangement that freed me from punishing financial limitations and manipulation and delays of receipt of those payments. He saved my children and me from nearly a decade of misery and I cannot ever thank him enough for his exceptional representation.

Overly exaggerate amount of time spent on case to pad the bill.
The worst experience I've ever had in my whole life. He overlook all issues that were important to me. Filed for Permanent Orders with no plan. He bragged about how great attorney he was with 29 years of experience. His results showed otherwise. He was the best attorney my ex-wife could have. The problem being he was my attorney.
