David TeSelle is a nationally recognized trial lawyer. Mr. TeSelle also has extensive jury trial experience, including million dollar-plus awards, and substantial settlements in personal injury and construction defect cases. Mr. TeSelle currently acts as co-leader in charge of managing Burg Simpsons Commercial Trial Practice Group, which includes over a dozen of the firms finest trial lawyers. He has successfully tried to verdict numerous million dollar-plus jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. In addition, he has negotiated numerous other multi-million dollar settlements. Mr. TeSelle serves a wide range of clients, and prides himself on hard work and an unrelenting focus on striving to meet the clients goals and objectives within the law. Mr. TeSelle joined Burg Simpson in 1998, after practicing for several years where he grew up, outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. TeSelle has spoken at several national conferences, teaching other lawyers about trial practice and various aspects of business/commercial litigation. He has also taught classes at Denver University Law School on real world trial practice to aspiring trial lawyers.
