While I have just retained rob to handle my case I feel confident in his ability and knowledge.
Rob agreed to take on the case and shuffeled me off on Heather Mitchell. Absolutely the worst divorce/child custody legal group. Rob gets off on calling clients names and telling you that reality (living off food pantry food, scrounging for basic living needs ) is ones imagination. COAR has limited jurisdiction and so he can be as unethical as he wants. Communication was terrible. Accepted things I did not want. She ran up fake charges costing me over $35000. Poorly written final order that the sheriff's office will not up hold. She only took the case to get me "the house" so they could attack the equity in the home. She knew I couldn't afford the house nor buy it and that my ex was being vindictive and defiant. She said not to worry she'd handle it with the contempts that she never intended on filing. We NEVER discussed post divorce rehiring. Linda said they were going to be there every step. She gave my ex husband everything. She didn't get a garnishment accomplished and more bad
Never hire this Law firm! Do not hire Rob Biondino's office at all! It seems that the smoke and mirrors for this guy are up, he talks a big game but drops the ball on simple cases and blams the problem on staff that left his office. Rob, you're the head of your company and it is simply not acceptable to blame your office problems on a staff member that left. I have used your services two times and the 1st time you did not do what you claimed you were going to do. I made the mistake of hiring you again just out of habit... Bad habits need to be broken for sure. It has been a few weeks since the other lawyer left your company and now your office is trying to make it sound like we did wrong for your ex-employee dropping the ball, the lawyer Heather Mitchell that just left your firm and still won't talk about what happened in your office on this case? We are now going in front of a judge to see why Rob and his staff are running away from this simple child support adujstment case...
