I called to get an appointment for some legal advice, after being transferred from the receptionist to a woman claiming to be a lawyer, she was extremely rude. She absolutely refused to address the simple situation I’d ask for help in getting assistance in. In fact she said, I have other calls to answer and HUNG up the phone. I don’t know why anyone would act like this but I can assure you I will definitely let anyone know of just my phone call with this lawyers office. Not at all helpful and rude beyond imagination!!

Used this attorney for a real estate transaction as the seller. Buyer requested a title search to insure back taxes weren't owed on the property. Found out a month after the closing that back taxes were owed. This apparently wasn't uncovered by the law firm due to their failure to check into the records at the county office. These records can easily be accessed online. A month after the closing, I was contacted by their office requiring me to pay the back taxes. He left a voicemail telling me that I must go to the county tax office and pay the taxes "immediately." Very unprofessional to expect me to drop everything to correct a mistake made during the closing by this attorney just so he can "get the buyer off his back." Would never recommend due to his inclination to address clients like they are ill informed children, a lack of thoroughness, and incredibly poor quality of work. All of these problems could've been easily avoided had this lawyer properly done his job.

Called this office and spoke with a lady concerning a land dispute and possible consultation, but was told they don't do litigation. I understood this,but had another question when all of a sudden a man got on the call and was very rude, unprofessional, and a complete @**! He complained about being way behind on cases and that they "didn't have time to deal with this" and hung up. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone for anything! Beware!

Stay away from this law firm! They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I would never use them again. Working with Lisa Nelson has been a nightmare. She gives lots of excuses and does not appear to know what she is doing. Lisa is easily agitated by one asking questions or requesting an explanation. Remember, you get what you pay for. Using this law firm is not a good use of time and money.
