He was very helpful, and attentive to my needs. Great communication
Upon first meeting Barry I felt very comfortable that he was a smart guy and would take care of my medical malpractice case. I had an open and shut case and even he agreed. I signed my retainer agreement with Barry Zelner and his firm Zelner and Karpel. Things started going downhill rapidly from that point forward. I stopped receiving any communication. Months later I get an email to schedule a time to review my testimony for the upcoming deposition. At this meeting Barry asked me to lie during the deposition which I thought was crazy. The case couldn't be more simple and I felt that lying was an unnecessary risk as well as illegal. I had to switch attorneys because this guy is a loose cannon. Not professional at all.
