About Susanne M. Bendavid

Ms. Bendavid is the Chair of Lewitt Hackman's Employment Practice Group and is a Shareholder at our Firm. She represents employers in all employment law matters from claims prevention and management training, to class action litigation. Ms. Bendavid is skilled in pre-trial depositions, discovery and motion practice, which allows her to gain early withdrawals of claims by our clients' former employees, as well as dismissals and favorable rulings from various state and federal labor departments or agencies.
