Hired Law Firm

OMG! this Attorney had me for 2 years via 1800 the law2 and never spoke to me one time. when i called him on it he told me i was mistaken and i faxed him a copy of the letter i got stating he was my attorney. Now my case has expired and he advised me to either drop the case or sue the driver that rear ended me in small claims after his secretary notified me I had to do all the work like finding the person who hit me as she moved after he got a court date. Will be going to the BAR association!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
