Barry Kurtz is the Chair of the Franchise & Distribution Practice Group at Lewitt Hackman with extensive experience in franchise, and related matters including: corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and craft beer distribution agreements. He has served as outside general counsel, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of National and International Expansion for a retail franchise with over $60M in annual sales.
